Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the White Willow Automations website, services, courses, digital products, subscriptions, and related content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About White Willow Automations
White Willow Automations is a Canadian sole proprietorship operating from the Province of Ontario, Canada. Services may be offered globally and priced in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Services vs Educational Content
White Willow Automations offers a combination of:
Professional services (including consulting, strategy, the Automated Business Blueprint (ABB), system architecture, CRM and automation builds, and implementation work)
Educational and informational content (including courses, trainings, programs, templates, recordings, and digital resources)
You acknowledge that Services involve the application of professional expertise and time, while educational content is provided for general informational purposes only.
Certain professional services, including the Automated Business Blueprint (ABB), are governed by a separate ABB Service Agreement, which supplements these Terms and controls in the event of any inconsistency.
3. No Guarantees
White Willow Automations makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, performance, or results. Any examples or references to results achieved by others are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Your results depend on many factors beyond the control of White Willow Automations.
4. Personal Responsibility
You agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from the use of the Services, Courses, or content. You agree to use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, recordings, and resources provided by White Willow Automations are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use.
7. Compliance With Laws (Neutralized)
You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services, including laws relating to data protection, privacy, anti-corruption, and trade compliance that may apply in your jurisdiction.
8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Certain Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms or tools. White Willow Automations is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
9. International Users
White Willow Automations operates from Canada and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. If you access the Services from outside Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Subscriptions
This section governs refunds, cancellations, and termination rights related to Services, Courses, Digital Products, and Subscriptions offered by White Willow Automations and forms part of these Terms of Service.
No Refunds for Services Rendered
Due to the nature of services provided by White Willow Automations, including but not limited to consulting, strategy sessions, the Automated Business Blueprint (ABB), system architecture, CRM builds, automation setup, implementation services, and any other done-for-you or advisory work (collectively, the “Services”), all fees paid for Services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Services are billed based on time, expertise, access, and intellectual property delivered. If Services are delivered in phases, milestones, or installments, payments made apply to work already completed, time reserved, and intellectual property shared. No refunds will be issued for completed work, partially completed work, or work not completed due to client delay, non-responsiveness, or change of direction.
Courses, Programs, and Digital Content
From time to time, White Willow Automations may offer educational courses, programs, trainings, workshops, recordings, templates, or other digital content (“Courses” or “Digital Products”). Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page:
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued once course materials have been substantially accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
• Any bonus materials, community access, or supplementary content provided with a Course are included as part of the purchase and are non-severable.
White Willow Automations reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.
Subscriptions
Certain products or services are offered on a recurring subscription basis, billed monthly or annually (“Subscriptions”).
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon written request, a prorated refund for unused full months remaining in the subscription term may be issued, calculated from the effective cancellation date. Any Services, onboarding, setup work, bonuses, or custom work completed during the subscription period remain non-refundable.
Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued for any Course, Digital Product, or Subscription, all licenses granted to access materials, platforms, communities, recordings, or resources are immediately revoked. The customer must immediately cease use of all materials and destroy any downloaded or stored copies.
One-Time Refund Limitation
Each customer may receive only one refund across all products and services offered by White Willow Automations. Once a refund has been issued, the customer is not eligible for future refunds on any additional purchases.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first submitting a written refund request constitutes a breach of these Terms. White Willow Automations reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and suspend or terminate access to any Services, Courses, Subscriptions, or accounts associated with the customer.
11. Termination
White Willow Automations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for violations of these Terms or misuse of Services.
